Homeschool Day - Winter Birds
Description
Calling all young scientists! Come out and join us for a morning of birds! We will be learning about birds in winter. We'll discuss feather anatomy, how birds stay warm, and practice our bird ID skills at the feeders. If it's nice, we'll go for a bird walk with binoculars (provided)! We'll also make a pine cone bird feeder to take home so you can watch the birds outside your window. Please register your children so that we ensure we have enough supplies! Space is limited. This program is free.
