Flat Rock Fall Foliage Hike
Description
Join Park Educator Mikayla for this slow-paced, beginner friendly hike on Flat Rock Trail! This is a challenging trail, please come prepared! Wear good, sturdy footwear such as sneakers or hiking boots. Bring plenty of WATER and a snack! Hiking poles may also be helpful, there will be some available to borrow for the hike, as well. This trail is approx. 2.5 miles up the mountain to the overlook, and then the same 2.5 miles back down to the parking area, so 5 miles in total.
