Molding and Sand Casting

Join this hands-on program to create your own sand mold and “cast” a plaster product, similar to how moulders would have down with iron at the furnace. Registration is required to create a mold, space is limited. Please ONLY register the person participating in making the craft, not the whole group. Anyone is welcome to join and watch the demo. If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit. With at least seven days’ notice, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for programs.
