Join a Nolde educator for some light stretching indoors and out, followed by an easy stroll on the more level forest trails. Participants should be able to stand on their feet for at least 15 minutes without increased pain. Each week will be a slightly longer walk. Work to increase ease of movement while enjoying the sights and sounds of the forest and experiencing the seasonal change. This program is designed to be relaxing and enjoyable. Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. Trekking poles to ease walking on trails will be available to loan. Pre-Registration Required.
