Want to learn how to build and monitor bird boxes? Learn about the state park cavity nesting program, as well as how you can help birds (and other wildlife) at home with bird boxes. We'll discuss why boxes should be designed a certain way for different species, how to improve the habitat for your birds, and some common mistakes people make when caring for boxes. The program is free, but please register so we know how many to expect. We will have the option for you to build your own bluebird box with our help for $10 at the FRIDAY program only.
