We will learn about the history of French and Indian War participant Tom Faucet. Was he a hero or a liar? Decide for yourself as we visit his grave along the way. Even though we are talking about Tom we will be traveling the Betty Knox Trail. Along the way we will tell her story too! This is hike #10 in the Ohiopyle Trailjourn. Don't worry if you missed the others, you can catch up! What is the trailjourn? We are hiking all of the park's trails. This hike is easy and travels from the contact station to Tharp Knob Picnic Area. We will provide a driver shuttle at the end of the program.No need to register for this one. We will be registering folks for the Trailjourn if they are interested.
