How is maple syrup made? Join us for an introduction to the process of making maple syrup. Learn how to identify maples, tap trees, collect sap, and other basics of maple sugaring.
We will meet at the Adams Run trail head, near the restrooms at the base of the Sledding Hill. We will be walking no more than 0.5 miles to tap the trees. Be sure to dress for the weather and possibly slippery conditions.
