Ready to be scared?!? The Haunted Bog Trail will take place on October 2 at Black Moshannon State Park. Enjoy a good scare and some laughs. The 7 pm to 8 pm will be sensory friendly. The creatures will be handing out candy to children that come through with no loud noises or flashing lights. Please bring a bag for candy. The 8 pm and 9 pm hikes will be the scare hikes.
**This may not be suitable for anyone that scares easily. Flashing lights and loud noises will be present. This trail is ADA accessible.
Please bring a flashlight to use on the trail.
This is a family event. Destroying props and hitting or kicking volunteers will not be tolerated. Alcohol is prohibited in the park.
The Friends Of Black Moshannon will be accepting donations at the sign in table.
Registration is required. To register, click on the green registration button. If you are signing up more than one person, please register as a group. Each hour program is limited to 100 people and you can only sign up for time frame. You will be assigned a start time in the hour that you sign up for. Example: You will be sent an email with your start time. If you register for the 7 pm program, and your start time is 7:45 pm, you do not need to show up until close to 7:45 pm. This will hopefully save some waiting time and parking issues, since there is limited parking. Liability forms will need to be signed before going on trail! Anyone not registered will be turned away.
