Early birds get the worm! Join a Nolde Forest educator for an early morning bird walk on one of our new “Feather Fridays”. Together, we’ll explore different trails and wake up with the forest, all while searching for our favorite feathered friends.
Medium difficulty – approx. 2 miles. Meet at McConnell Hall to start.
Hikes are rain or shine but will be cancelled for severe weather.
In order to comply with current PA and CDC Covid19 protocols, masks and registration are required for all participants (both adults and children). Spaces are limited, so please be sure you sign up by clicking the green box in the upper righthand corner. We will not be able to take walk up participants.
Please bring your own binoculars and other gear. Due to PA and CDC Covid19 protocols, the park cannot lend binoculars to participants at this time.
NOTE: Permit-only archery hunting is in effect during these program times. Please remember to wear ORANGE for this program.
