Have you ever thought about volunteering at Nolde Forest EEC? From trail maintenance, invasive removal, and and native garden cleanup to educational programs and wildlife monitoring our wonderful volunteers are the people that keep our park’s outreach growing.
If you always wanted to lend a hand, but didn’t know where to start, then this session is for you. We’ll go over the online volunteer application process, teach you how to input your hours, go over the different volunteer projects that are available, and introduce you to our Friends of Nolde Forest group.
After the event you will have a change to talk to current volunteers and staff about projects and volunteer commitments. If you think you’d be interested in volunteering this year, we encourage you to come to one of the two Open House Sessions (the sessions will be the same, so you need not come to both).
