Join us for a discussion of Aldo Leopold, American Author and Conservationist, and his classic work “A Sand County Almanac”. Park Staff will lead a discussion about the concept of a Land Ethic, the American Model of Wildlife Conservation, and how these topics are present in the Novel “A Sand County Almanac”. Participants are encouraged to bring their copy of “A Sand County Almanac”, and to share their favorite passage at the end of the discussion. First 6 participants will be provided with a copy of the novel free of charge if they do not have one. Registration required.
