Woodcocks are birds in Pennsylvania with unique and magnificent courtship displays and you may not even know they are right outside your door!
Join the park naturalist for a short indoor program about the habits and characteristics of this bird and then put your new woodcock ID skills to work as we take a short walk to the timberdoodle disco at sunset! We may just be lucky enough to catch a dancing male in the act, but if not we can look and listen for owls, frogs, and other nocturnal creaters of French Creek.
