Virtual Professional Development for Educators: Growing Up WILD

Presque Isle State Park is offering a free virtual professional development opportunity for formal and non-formal educators of students in preschool to 3rd grade on March 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM-11:30 AM. Educators will receive training on the curriculum: Growing Up WILD: Exploring Nature With Young Children ages 3-7. Growing Up WILD is an award-winning early childhood education program that builds on children's sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Two and a half hours of Act 48 Credit are available. The course includes a curriculum guide and 2.5 hours of instruction. Register by Feb. 25, 2022.
