Virtual: History of Presque Isle "The 1960's"
The Peninsula is celebrating its 100th year Anniversary throughout 2021. Join an Environmental Educator for a virtual history experience on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm to learn about the development, and the impact the peninsula had to the culture in the 1960’s. Please register by December 19. Register by clicking the green button on the right. After registering, you will be sent a link to the day before the program to join via Microsoft TEAMS. This program is suitable for all ages. There is no fee. Program may be modified or cancelled at discretion of park staff. For more information, please contact the Presque Isle State Park office, located on the second floor of the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, at 814-833-7424. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM. If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit.
