Virtual Turkey Vulture Talk
A familiar sight in the sky over much of North America is the dark, long-winged form of the Turkey Vulture soaring high over the landscape. Hear the fascinating facts of this often-underappreciated bird of prey in this virtual Microsoft Teams presentation on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am. Online registration is required by March 31 at http://events.dcnr.pa.gov/presque_isle_state_park. A Microsoft Teams link will be provided to join the presentation. Virtual program is designed for ages 10 and up. For more information, please contact the Presque Isle State Park office, located on the second floor of the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, at 814-833-7424. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM. If you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a disability, please contact the park you plan to visit.
