Description
Join our staff for a morning of mind exercising book discussion on the first Monday of each month. Books range between fiction and non-fiction, but always have something to do with nature and the environment. Meet us in McConnell Hall when the weather allows (sometimes we may move to a virtual meeting if snow is a concern, please call the office at 610-796-3699 to check if there is any question). By registering online you will be certain to receive weather updates, but registration is not necessary. Here is the book list for this season: Oct: A Natural History of Oaks – Doug TallamyNov: A World on the Wing – Scott WeidensaulDec: Black Sun – Edward Abbey*Jan: Revelations in Air – Jude StewartFeb: Finding the Mother Tree – Suzanne SimardMarch: Life Between Tides – Adam NicolsonApr: What its like to be a Bird – David SibleyMay: The Insect Crisis – Oliver Milman *Note: The January session falls on the Holiday, so we will likely move our meeting fto another Monday in January.
